A safe space to heal, grow, and be yourself.
My Background
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo. Originally from Alabama, I bring both warmth and clinical expertise to my practice, drawing on diverse experiences working with children, teens, and families facing complex challenges.
My professional background includes working with high-acuity youth and adolescents navigating behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, reactive attachment disorder, and substance use. I also support clients managing the impact of chronic physical illnesses and disorders, as well as those exploring LGBTQ+ identity and experiences.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending evidence-based interventions with compassion and cultural sensitivity. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals and families can build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
